Terrible, Terrible experience. They are only after your money. My husband was admitted here for a 2 week stay. 2 days in he decided this wasn't the facility for him due to a number of reasons. Farley now owes us roughly $2,600 for the time he did not stay. We cannot get ahold of anyone in the billing department. No one will call us back. The only line that answers the phone is Admissions and they can't even transfer us to a billing associate because it appeared that he was working from home. If we don't hear from someone very soon in regards to our discrepancy we will be taking our issues to Wavy TV 10. What they are doing is illegal here and after reading through other reviews it is apparent that we are not the first people this has happened to here at Farley. Please do not allow your loved one to be admitted to this treatment center!!!

the overwhelming greed of risking someone’s life as well as their sobriety in order to make a quick buck makes me so mad it’s hard to put into words. i called this place yesterday against my better judgement(she had already been here once) & was trying to get my mom back in treatment. i was told they’d call within an hour, 24 hrs later they called. by now i have already arranged fantastic treatment with a 5 star facility in california called Solution Based Treatment although i almost canceled last min solely because Gabriel from the Farley Center called today & basically told me it was a scam…… i immediately put both facilities on the phone, & quickly realized it’s because i sought treatment elsewhere. i understand & appreciate looking out for us & making us question the validity of this facility BUT - i have NEVER in my life seen such a gross mismanagement of health care. if i would’ve cancelled that flight, she obviously would’ve just gotten more drunk. what happens if she falls? what if she hurts someone else? do you not realize that you literally just risked my mother’s life to make a dollar? that is 100% on your hands. i’m reporting you to the better business bureau & to anyone else that will listen. again, i understand looking out for a patient & wanting to make sure they are safe…… but this dude never even asked the name of the damn facility. they just wanted that insurance money. the manager i spoke with later on repeatedly tried to say the same thing, he was just concerned for my mom, then ended up with saying other rehabs can intercept calls & take other patients. even if that is true, why the hell would you say that if you were ONLY concerned with her well being? how many times has this happened? how many ppl have gotten hurt while waiting to go into rehab bc of this? sounds like a damn law suit if you ask me. go elsewhere. no matter what.

This place has one goal and it is to take as much as money as possible. I had to put my husband there and they were extremely untruthful about money. They refuse to accept the power of attorney I have for my husband - Nurse Ratched barked "NO" when I asked if I could I please go get the paperwork from the car showing my medical power of attorney. They went behind my back and had him sign away $3,000 of our money and now won't call me back. The admissions people lie about what insurance covers and then they wait until your spouse arrives drunk and get them to sign away everything even when they are not legally allowed to do so. Then they give you the runaround afterward. I run my own business myself and if I operated this way, I would have already been sued a lot of times.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Farley Center. The counselors and peer recovery specialists really care about the men and women who are there to get sober and stay sober. They invest a good amount of time to get you in the direction that you need to go in. I loved my small group, the AA/NA blocks and all the education segments that I received. I got so much from listening to my peers stories of their struggles with drugs and alcohol. It was amazing and empowering to see that I wasn’t alone in my struggles with the bottle. The bottom line is that there isn’t a button to push that will get you sober. If you pay attention, invest the time, and stay honest with yourself you’ll have an amazing starting point at getting sober and working daily to stay sober. The cons...You’ll have people there who really don't care about getting sober. A few negative people can really impact the mood in these classes and small groups. Take it all in stride and don’t pay attention to them. The techs and nurses were under staffed, so I encourage you to get to your vitals and the med lines early. If you procrastinate, you’ll be waiting in line for a little bit. Loved it and would recommend to anyone who is sick and tired of drugs and alcohol ruining their lives.

I am now a recovering alcoholic since i went to rehab in 2019. Stayed in trouble at Farley over some of their ridiculous rules. But overall it was a good experience and i learned a lot. So i do recommend this rehab
