I will do my very best to be objective and compare my clinical knowledge to what I experienced at the Gatehouse and their clinical approach to counseling. The patients are wonderful and deserve better care than can be provided by this agency. Agency attempts to control patients and undermine their opportunities for success by regularly creating rules anytime someone does something that wasn't liked by another. No support for autonomy. "Evidenced-based" and "client centered" are terms they use but do not show in clinical care or seem to comprehend. Instead of leaning into discomfort like a counselor should I observed my old supervisor discharging every single one of her clients as soon as they begin to get vulnerable due to her own fear. She's the one in charge. They are lucky they are still operating. Your Welcome. '

I've been a Client here for Several Months. I've had nothing but Good experiences with All the members of staff. If you have negative reviews, it's because You Are Looking for the Bad. Look for the Good and You will find it. Thank You Gatehouse for All the Help. They Helped me get food stamps and Housing. Also Helped me go back to school, for free. Most Of All They Helped Me To Believe In Myself And My Recovery.

I attended their outpatient as it was the only one doing in person group at the time. The he/she Kendrick is a manic joke and doesn’t know how to respond to emails. Also a cowboys fan .. ugh. When I attended they allowed a patient to routinely play with a deadly weapon during group. It made me very uncomfortable and when I addressed it the staff recommended I say something to the other patient. I found this to be Completely unprofessional. One of group members over dosed and died after being sent home to Quarantine. They allowed a mentally unstable patient to participate in group then Reprimanded her when she was unable to sit still (like a child). On a brighter note Charlie is the best counselor I’ve ever had.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE THEY SAY THEY CAN EVALUATE YOU IF COURT ORDERED FOR A DUI ETC BUT THIS IS FAR FROM THE TRUTH THEY WILL SAY YOU ARE WAY WORSE THAN YOU ARE SO YOU WILL NEED MORE SESSIONS SO THEY GET MORE MONEY. THEY WILL DEFINITELY GET YOU IN QUICKER THAN ANYONE ELSE BUT THIS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF UNEDUCATED TWO FACED BACKSTABBING INDIVIDUALS. STAY AWAY FROM JOSH AND KENDRICK THEY WILL LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE. JOSH ALSO CARES NOTHING ABOUT ANY OF HIS PATIENTS HE WILL TELL EVERYONE YOUR BUSINESS TOO AS HE CARES NOTHING ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY. HE TOLD ME I COULD MISS GROUPS TO GO TO THERAPY WITH MY FAMILY, SO I DID I EVEN BROUGHT HIM PROOF BUT HE STILL LIED AND SAID THAT I JUST MISSED HE JUST LOOKS FOR ANY EXCUSE TO SEND YOU TO MORE TREATMENT SO THEY MAKE MORE MONEY I COULD GO ON ABOUT SO MUCH. . . PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND GO ANYWHERE BUT TO THE GATEHOUSE AND ESPECIALLY STAY AWAY FROM JOSH HE WILL SCREW YOU AND LAUGH IN YOUR FACE !!! IF YOU WANT TO KNOW FOR YOURSELF GET EVALUATED SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEN GO TO GATEHOUSE. IF YOU HAVE A GLUESTICK IN YOUR POCKET AND JOSH FINDS OUT HE WILL SEND YOU TO REHAB NO LIE
