Felicia Betancourt4 StarI have a relative who is recuperating here. For the entire time she has been here, the staff has been friendly and communicative. It isn't easy to get someone on the phone right away, but they do get back to me in a day or two.
Last weekend I visited my relative and saw for myself how her situation is. She gets physical therapy once a day and everyone has their own TV. The environs are cheerful, clean, and organized. They also have strict requirements in place to stop the spread of COVID, so that's is one less thing for me to worry about.Saturday 29th January 2022

From the security guard who explained the procedure regarding the cautionary measures taken because of the pandemic to the lovely nurses who were taking care of my "Auntie". I could tell she was being taken care of (even during her breathing treatment) because she was clean, looked healthy and every now and then she, in her own way, knew I was present. Ines P2 StarOur friend was not dressed at 1100 am and there was garbage on the floor, a layer of dust on the table she uses to eat. We spoke to someone. An hour went by and nobody came. People sitting in offices look real comfortable, actually frozen in time.Saturday 20th November 2021
