The haven was genuinely the most helpful and healing experience of my life and has given me an opportunity to get nearly 9 months of continued RECOVERY. I say recovery because I have been to several other rehab facilities and sure they can get you sober but The Haven has shown me how to achieve prolonged RECOVERY and quality sobriety. Big shout out to Danny with the intake team as well as Cami the programs director and everyone else involved. From the inpatient to the outpatient to the therapy and drug testing its all very professional. Is it easy? No But getting sober and staying sober is HARD. The haven is one of my biggest sources of gratitude in my life and if anyone needed a recommendation I would recommend them.

The Haven was nothing short of a blessing to me! The staff are incredible and made sure I had everything I needed! My stay was more than comfortable and I had the opportunity to really focus on myself and my recovery and now I am going on 5 months clean and sober thanks to them! Thank you for everything Haven!!!

I did both inpatient and iop at sober living and graduated but when my funding was up they offered no resources to find housing and because I had no one to help me get my stuff from there for 4 months. Anything of value except some clothes, sandles and yarn were gone, when I asked the people who took my stuff out of boxes and put it in bags where the stuff was I was told to take it as a lesson. So for 10 months I bought and collected for my own place and it's gone. The case manager has done nothing to even ask anyone to return my stuff. Im so disgusted with the lack of honesty and concern the case manager and maintenance guy need to take MRT and re-evaluate their moral compass

As far as being a person receiving treatment from this place idk about the staff or facility itself. Was i a healthy relationship till my girlfriend started going to this place and it was like all communications was cut off it was next to impossible to get ahold of my loved one to speak with her I would call again and again the phone would never get answered or it would get picked up and hung up on. when I would receive a call it always seemed rushed do to other people waiting to use the phone or something like that. This being said It put a real strain on out relationship also not fond of the idea of coed living. never felt like any of our conversations we're private and conversations were limited to what you could talk about. Couldn't ever get through to talk to any of the staff members it's not a good idea to cut off communications with loved ones and people of support in my opinion you can't go from seeing and talking to someone everyday to possibly getting to talk to them only on the phone for a few minutes a day if lucky. I honestly don't like this place and would be steered away from it if I knew beforehand the amount of communication we were going to have.
