Player Productions1 StarThey get a very poor review from me. I was an employee at The Haven. Their is nothing 5 stars about this place. The supervisor and managers are horrible. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and inappropriate. Absolutely No professionalism!!! Lack of support to those who have reached out multiple times. No proper communication. The environment is unstable and uncomfortable, not to mention the amount of Minorities that are no longer working and how we all get places on one shift (overnights). Let’s make it clear the reviews you see are not from clients, all of them are from staff and friends and family members of staff still working there!!! So this is just a glorified expensive payout of pocket or high-end insurance facility we had earn $100-$200,000 a year or more most likely.Friday 18th February 2022
Justin5 StarOne of the best facilities I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. From the best of best to the worst of the worst and The Haven ranks in the top two places I’ve been. The place is extremely clean, nice bedroom with your own private tv, a area setup like a living room couches and tv. Everything was amazing from the groups, the care of the staff that was always positive and willing to help, the nursing staff was always there to make sure you’re safe, healthy and comfortable. The food was also amazing never had a bad meal and always something available to eat in between meals. If you’re looking or thinking about getting help definitely check this place out!!Thursday 2nd December 2021

I can't say enough about the team of people that work there. They truly care about helping people and you can feel that by the level of care they provide to patients. If you're thinking you may have a problem and want help with that, The Haven is definitely a place you want to go. Ask for Michael, he will treat you with kindness and compassion.
