Trey what you are doing is so valuable! If my first wife and my granddaughter had had the opportunity to be in The Lighthouse they might be with us today! Just being in treatment for one month does not get the job done... You are doing the job by helping them find long term recovery by providing The Lighthouse and your facilities.

When I first got sober, I was really shy within my sobriety. I knew I wanted to be sober, but reaching out to others for help was tough for me. There are many amazing opportunities the Lighthouse can provide a person new to sobriety, but the one that stands out the most for me is the support and fellowship within the Lighthouse programs. I see many new to sobriety come into the Lighthouse like me, shy and not sure how to ask for help. The other residents and Lighthouse staff completely embrace and help each other to face sobriety together. The Residents and Recovery 365 clients have the opportunity daily to ask the staff and numerous men and women from the local recovery programs, how they got sober and what worked for them. It's amazing to see how quickly the Residents/Recovery 365 clients immerse themselves within the Lighthouse sober community. I see sobriety take hold within the clarity of their eyes, their laughs and their ability to now be present/clear minded for their families. It all started for me with over coming the fear of saying "I need help. If you want to build a strong foundation in sobriety, I highly recommend The Lighthouse as a great place to start.
