Nextep is about recovery from the disease of addiction. We are an outpatient substance abuse provider and a six-month supportive living environment designed to bridge the gap from early recovery to independent living. We have 12 locations all conveniently located by local bus routes and 12-step meetings. Our program is based on 12-step principles and guidelines and supervised by professional staff and peers. We serve 63 men and 35 women.
Our goal is to teach and empower the recovering individual to internalize healthy living skills that can be utilized over the course of a lifetime. For individuals trapped in a world of substance abuse, life can seem desperate. At Nextep, we believe chances for long-term recovery increase dramatically with support from professionals and peers in an established community. At Nextep, we provide a fostering, compassionate environment where long-term healing is the primary focus.

Greg Oland1 StarThe house is only fit for 3 people. There are 8 people living in a 2 bedroom house. There is not enough chairs for even 4 people. The house is covered in mold that makes the tenants sick. It is not professionally cleaned and unfit for health. You will pay about $700-$800 to rent a room. You will not be allowed to take medication unless you use their doctor. Is is a scam altogether.Wednesday 26th January 2022

Rob is a compassionate and intelligent man that wants the best for all his tenants. The house is clean and I would recommend it to those who are truly ready to take the next step in their recovery.Friday 28th January 2022
Suzie Mankin5 StarThis was a great program for those who truly desire sobriety and a new life in recovery. It has aided in establishing a foundation in my journey in recovery. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to participate in this program, and I recommend it to anyone who truly has a desire to live his/her best life. The tools gained during the program have and will continue to serve as guides in the lifelong maintenance phase of recovery. Meagan Rogerson5 StarLove it! I get so much out of it. It's not like other out-patient programs. I enjoy coming here everyday. We start off every day with the Just for Today then continue with program literature. We also do fun activities on Fridays such as bowling and horseback riding.
