The integration of Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Substance Use services will produce the best outcome and proves the most effective approach to caring for people with multiple healthcare needs. We believe that this continuum healthcare model will allow for the proper coordination of the client’s plan for treatment and identify any issues that may impede the client’s success on their road to recovery.

I do not think there are enough words for me to describe the excellence that goes on at the Passion Care Center. The work the staff does is incredible. From the moment I got an opportunity to visit the passion care I felt a powerful energy that stuck with me. All of the staff and counselors are beyond amazing and do a very good job at what they do. No matter what it is that you are going through the staff will help you get through it. They are genuine, trustworthy, and truly care about you and your situation. Yvonne, Edison, Stephanie, Kristina, Kevin, even the ladies at the front desk make sure from the moment you walk through the door or call on the phone, that you are cared for. I strongly recommend seeking the Passion Care center for any of your needs.

Amazing place! Been clean for 4 years thanks to this exceptional team. From the front staff that welcome me to sessions, and my counselor...great experience. Place is clean and they maintain a great ambience with those who struggle with addictions and mental health. Still attend for recovery support.....highly recommend.

Exceptional group of people! Starting from the front desk to the individual counselors. I was struggling with depression and as a mother the last thing you want is to not be emotionally vested with your own children. My counselor took her time with me and was straight and to the point and helped me overcome it. They also helped my son learn how to work with some insecurities and were attentive enough to make sure my daughter was entertained while my son’s session was going. Love this place and would recommend it to everyone!
