Karen Vaughn5 StarMy sister Trudy Notch has unfortunately had to stay at The Pavillion several times in the past years. She has even requested there vs other rehab hospitals. They have always treated her exceptional. The staff is excellent and very helpful. If I had one negative it would be the kitchen or whomever handles the dietary needs of the patients. She is lactose intolerant and would tell them ( written on menus) that she couldn’t have dairy. However they would still bring her dairy items so unfortunately some meals she couldn’t eat.Friday 25th February 2022
Pat Tonini4 Starsingle user thermostat in pamphlet and on website is misleading. What they don't tell you is that that is for special rooms only. Staff was terrific; food was decent.Monday 28th February 2022

Stacey Epstein-Levine5 StarBeautiful rooms, excellent OT/PT staff. The RNs are great. The CNAs are good for the most part. They have minimal staff so it is best if you have a lot of visitors or the patient is independent. It is a bit harder for someone with a mid cervical spinal cord injury who needed everything done for them. If you are charming and persistent, you can get what you need, but you have to be prepared to wait because the CNAs have so many people to take care of. This is probably the usual staffing level for a SNIF but it is a bit of an adjustment after hospital ratios of 1:4 and inpatient rehab ratios of 1:6. Overall, I felt fortunate that my aunt got a bed here.Wednesday 2nd March 2022
