I really liked the Detox and Treatment center, I might be a little bit harsh with the part that I didn't like which was I thought we were to busy all the time. Maybe because I was in a wheelchair and it was difficult getting around all the time. The counselors, staff & Nurses were top shelf and took good care of us and me for sure. I made some really good friends there from people in recovery and staff that I will never forget so thank you and Happy New Year and God Bless you All 🙂🤙👍❤✝ Steve Foroe

This place totally changed my life. I just got out 2 weeks ago and it was an incredible experience. I was concerned about some of the reviews here but I realize a lot of people only leave a review when it's negative. Everything else kept leading me to this place....and now I know why. It was EXACTLY what I needed. Both my experience in detox and in residential were outstanding. I learned SO much in this place!! They will give you every single tool to stay sober. Embrace every minute and learn everything you can, be open, and you WILL leave a changed person. Sure, there might be one or two staff that maybe aren't the best fit for this type of job, but 95% of the staff is top notch!! You'll be in good hands, I promise. I will forever be grateful for my time at Evergreen.

Do not go here if you have medical issues! I went here after telling the staff all of my medical needs. They assured me that they could take care of my physical and mental medical needs but they were not able to accommodate me at all. If you have complex health issues or have depression and anxiety I would not go here as there is no one to deal with it. The best they can do is take you to the ER next door which didn't help me at all. I told them I needed something for my documented medical condition and they said there is no way they can get it. So they discharged me before I was even through detox. They made me sign an AMA and then screwed up the prescription that they sent me home with. Since I left I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at the treatment center even though I have left 4 messages. I had to go to the ER the first day out of treatment since they didn't give me enough medicine and good luck getting a hold of anyone out of business hours even though it says they are 24 hours. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because after calling multiple times my mom talked to them and they gave me the correct prescription. Also Marnie was helpful and really the only one that was nice while being accommodating. Some of the staff leave something to be desired when it comes to treating you like a human being that deserves respect. Also if you have a complex diet it will not be accommodated or at least mine wasn't.

I did not give 5 stars because there was no pool or hot tub. Seriously though, I have fought the demons of addiction for most of my life. I have been in treatment twice before and detox 3 times. I finally "got it" at Evergreen. Everyone from the cook to the Administer had my recovery as their highest priority. I am 2.5 years sober now and will always be grateful for the life that they gave back to me and my family.
