The house are nice. But they could care less about you. It's all about the money for them. The staff is married to each other or best friends. There is NO CONFIDENTIALITY NO HIPPA exists there. Everything I told my counselor she told all the others.. they completely failed me...

I would not send my worst enemy here for any type of recovery. According to them, recovery this from 9 until 4 Monday through Friday. You need help any other time good luck. They will just talk down on you because that's what they do there. They are a bunch of heads with power trips. They love to manipulate. They are in a two things, power and money. They not only charge out the yin yang for your insurance money, but they also charge over $300 for rent. In the southside of Youngstown. Sharing a small room with another grown man. Twin size beds. And as far as treatment goes, it is laughable. The counselors are definitely of the opinion that they are better than. I know I heard the same story a thousand times. And it's literally a counselor who is supposed to care about clients but only talks about themselves. I have never seen anything like it. If one decides to share in group session be prepared to not only be humiliated but also to hear the opinion and story that relates to the counselor. It is ridiculous. At times it seems as though they do care, but it's at their convenience if anything comes up and you need to miss group be prepared to hit the street. And do not expect any help trying to find somewhere to go because you will not get it. They do more harm than good. I give one star because there is not an option to give zero. This is the only recovery facility I have ever been to or seen t. It's very sad. at the staff actually looks down on the clients. My advice is do not go there, there are many other options.

Completely unprofessional. They allow anything to go on in these houses. I was assaulted getting out of my bed and was kicked out for it, when I came to get my belongings my television, $100 pairs of shoes, and countless other items were stolen. The person who had assaulted me was just told to leave and when they were leaving stole all of my belongings. When I said something to the staff all they did was call me a liar and there was nothing they could do. Even though there’s cameras throughout the house they refused to look at the footage to see who took my things. This place needs to be reported to the better business bureau which I am going to do and needs shut down. Dr J is the most unprofessional one there. She talks to anyone however she wants with no respect and just calls everyone liars.

This place needs to be shut down. The way they treat their "clients" is inhumane. All they are worried about is billing insurance. Messing with people's lives they show no respect after a month of being there and give no actual help. It's a setup for failure! So crazy to me that they are open for BUSINESS.

If you are serious about your recovery and NEED counseling, DO NOT COME HERE! There is zero consistency, you never have the same counselor and their schedule always changes. It stresses me out way more than it helps me. Nothing but a joke! I guess there is a reason they can't keep counselors. This is for the Columbus location.
