My aunt required short term care not too long ago... this place was very experienced and professional! They accommodated all of our needs when visiting, and especially all of her own which was very important to us. The staff were genuine and made her feel at home. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need!

My mother is there right now, and after visiting her I'm extremely unhappy. She says she's been left in bed all day long. She said she asked to be helped to her wheelchair few times but nobody ever came, and when I asked the nurse , his reply was that they only have one Aid and they will get to her when they get to her.When I arrived, her call Button was inaccessible. She broke her arm, and it was hanging next to the bed on the side of her bad arm. When I asked for more water for her, they didn't bring any until the aid showed up over half an hour later. She was also suffering from very bad acid reflux, and it turns out they're not even giving her her prescribed medication for that. When I asked the nurse about it, he said well her records are upstairs and they have no record of her being prescribed this medication and Shrugged It Off. It was just an attitude of I really don't care that bothered me. For example, when she rang the call button , it took over a half an hour for anyone to to come. What if she had a real emergency? She was at Applewood rehab in November, and believe me when you press the call button somebody at least popped in to ask what you need to make sure it wasn't an emergency. Here you got no response at all for half an hour! I'm pretty upset, and I'm going to try to get her out of there as soon as I can.

My 85 year old father was in this dump October 2021. He fell out of his bed broke his nose, broke his ribs, split his head open. They never notified me his daughter. He looked like they starved him to death and didn't hydrate him. HE DIED THERE A FEW DAYS AFTER THE "MYSTERIOUS FALL". DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE.

My Aunt was recently a patient at your facility after her knee surgery. I cannot express how happy my family is with your staff, from the nurses to the therapists. When I visited her I did not know what to expect . Everyone was so pleasant and warm welcoming. My Aunt told me that she felt very comfortable in her room and that everyone was kind and gentle with her. You put her at ease and that made her recovery much easier on her. Thank you all!
