My sister has been in there almost three weeks now. I believe the doctor who put there has forgot about her. The staff other then front desk personnel will not answer phones or call you back. I'm driving to Kissimmee tomorrow morning and someone better be there to give me answers.

If a family member is to be admitted or referred to this place you should run and run far way and as fast as possible. This review could be pages long but I will not spend my time on this place. Absolutely the worst place for a family member ever.

I RECENTLY HAD A FAMILY MEMBER IN THAT PLACE FOR 3 MONTH THIS PLACE IS BAD NEWS THEY MAKE YOU WAIT TO SEE THEM AND WHEN THEY SICK THEY DONT CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW ANY THING ABOUT THEM IAM SO GAILD I TAKEN MY FAMILY OUT THERE AND HOME WITH ME WHERE THEY NEED TO BEAND THE STAFF MEMMBER CANT GIVE YOU DIRECT AND QUESTION ABOUT ANY THING

The best part of this facility are the under paid CNAs and the housekeeping who keep the facility well cleaned. The DON is unprofessional and ghetto. The Nurse managers are lazy and often hung over. I suspect that Medicare fraud is still taking place in this facility as before, Horrible place for a grandparent to end up especially with other behavioral health patients.

Today, I came to visit again for the 4th time and was given such a hard time to see my very dear friend in 413B. With my Covid 19 Vaccine Card out. I thanked them for at least 5 minutes to see her through a window. I had to ask to speak to Frank 5x just for 5mins and they gave me ensues that he was too busy to even speak with me 5mins of his time. I never was able to see Frank. They called the cops on me. How very sad.
