Robert Leming5 StarBest treatment center in the state hands and I’ve been to all of them!! The staff care about every single client that comes in the facility and do everything they can to help! Most of the staff are in recovery and understand we’re we’re coming from! I’m so glad I took a chance to change my life for the better!!Tuesday 17th August 2021
Josh Carper1 StarOSU prescribed me naloxone and they took it from me and I didn't get it back when I left. The person from OSU also had to cuss out the staff because they wouldn't let me stay despite the arrangements OSU had made because I'm on maintenance suboxone. The nurse from OSU said she's never refer another patient here.
They also claim only one person has access to the safe so if you want to leave that person "has the day off". Despite "one person" having access to the safe $20 was stolen because they only let you have $40 cash on you. They checked the books and confirmed it and I was reimbursed the money but that should make you think twice about how secure your belongings are.
I saw a guy have a seizure and the nurses didn't want to call 911 for help although they eventually did when they realized how bad it was. You also can't vape but can smoke a cigarette every hour.Wednesday 15th September 2021

Joseph Brodbeck5 StarI love Parkside. The staff and the Counselors are second to none. They really care about the clients and are about forming relationships with those clients while they are there. The Counselors really focus on the individual instead of a blanket program for everyone.Monday 10th February 2020
