We are a provider of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Wellness Services based out of Mandeville, Louisiana. Our services can be performed traditionally in-office face-to-face with hands-on service OR by way of secure online video Telehealth methods. We are dedicated to giving one-on-one quality patient care and strive to create a positive outcome while prioritizing the patient experience. Services are offered for all conditions and we specialize in treating patients who have a history of spine dysfunction, falls or balance problems, or history of neurological disorder. We also provide sports rehab, fitness exercise programs, therapeutic massage, prevention education, physical activity programs for older adults, and treatment for chronic diseases. In office, individualized and personalized treatment consisting of Traditional Therapy Modalities, Manual Therapy, Trigger-point Dry Needling (TDN) or Intra-Muscular Manual Therapy, Neuro-Developmental Techniques and Functional Exercise Training for spine dysfunction, chronic pain and neurological and aging disorders. You spend your entire office visit solely with your physical or occupational therapist. Physical therapy services are performed over a secure online video platform rather than in-person. This allows you to receive the needed therapeutic treatment services while maintaining a busy lifestyle or if it is difficult for you to attend a traditional in-office appointment. Your evaluation and treatments are performed face to face through secure online video. Some examples may be: you travel for work, you are home-bound due to health or family restrictions, or you live a great distance from our clinic or you may reside in more rural, underserved area of Louisiana. Your time is honored and valued by receiving one-on-one care and undivided attention during appointment times specifically selected by you. We do not provide telehealth services to persons receiving care that is currently result of a no-fault case, worker compensation case or part of a case pending or under litigation. We strive to be available to all who need our help. My experience at Therapeutic by Design has been nothing short of amazing. On my first visit, Jen took time to understand my issues and began working to resolve them immediately with a detailed exam and thorough explanations of what potential causes were and an initial treatment plan. As a result of Jen's treatment, I was able to function without pain again. I was rear ended which caused significant damage to the facet joints in my neck as well as severe back spasms. The neck and back damage were compounded by a twin pregnancy, in which I carried twins full term. As a result, my back and neck were in severe pain post pregnancy and I wasn't able to pick up my babies or bathe them. Jen was very kind and reassuring. She gave me personal attention and addressed my specific needs. The dry needling was highly effective for my back spasms. She was also able to remedy the misaligned facet joints in my neck. I would give Therapeutic by Design 10 stars if I could. Thank you!
