About Tigard Comprehensive Treatment Center in Tigard, OR

Located in Tigard, Oregon, Tigard Comprehensive Treatment Center is a Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) that delivers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with opioid use disorder.

Medication-assisted treatment is a scientifically proven way to treat opioid addiction that is meant to prevent relapse and sustain recovery. Studies have shown that MAT is both a safer and more effective way to produce better recovery outcomes than attempting treatment without medications such as methadone.

Unlike some methadone clinics that use only one medication to help curb the effects of withdrawal and reduce cravings, our Tigard center uses Suboxone, methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone. Because these medications affect different people in different ways, our expert clinicians will determine the proper type and dosage that will work best on your recovery journey.

Supportive & Encouraging Treatment for Opioid Addiction in Tigard, OR

Some methadone clinics do little more than administer medication. Our Tigard addiction treatment center believes that the most effective MAT programs include a therapeutic component to help you mentally and emotionally as well as physically.

For treatment to be effective, we have to understand your unique needs. That helps the team at our location develop a personalized care plan that will be the most effective way for you to manage your symptoms and achieve sustained recovery.

As part of your treatment regimen, you’ll participate in group and individual therapy. Group sessions give you the opportunity to connect with others in the recovery community and learn from their experiences. Individual sessions let you work one-on-one with a trained professional to understand what led to your opioid use and chart a path forward after MAT concludes.

What to Expect at Tigard CTC Methadone Clinic

All the dedicated professionals at our Tigard center strive to help you make the most of your time in MAT, from admissions to discharge.

When you first come to our opioid addiction treatment center, our staff will ask you questions regarding your medical history and your current struggles. The intake appointment continues with a stress-free series of tests that will help us personalize your care plan to reflect your unique strengths and goals.

We believe that we are more than a methadone clinic; we’re the turning point between your painful past and your promising future. Everyone you encounter at our Tigard clinic is rooting for you to achieve lasting recovery, and that starts with you actively participating in all elements of your treatment.

If you or a loved one is struggling with opioid addiction, contact us today. Your chance at a better tomorrow starts now.

As a mother of an addict, this place has helped my daughter more than any other facility. You can't buy sobriety, but if the person is ready to get better then this is the place to go! Thank you to all of the staff for saving my daughter's life. She finally got a second chance at life. Thank you!

I absolutely love this clinic!! It has absolutely saved me! I play their game though, I go to my groups, meet with my counselor, I do everything they ask of me. I would bet money that many (not all) of the bad reviews are written by people who don’t do what’s expected of them, they likely miss groups and get a “hold” placed on them but which likely isn’t the clinics fault. Typically a “hold” is placed on someone due to missing groups or counseling sessions. It’s also very clean, love the receptionist at the front desk, my counselor Sandi is great and has worked at Allied for a few years. There are a few counselors that I might not mesh well with but I would just change counselors if I didn’t like mine instead of writing a bad review. Anyways, 5 stars for sure!!

This review is aimed at the receptionist. THANK YOU. She is a wonderful lady and went out of her way one morning to help my boyfriend dose after we got stuck in traffic and I was stressed out of my mind. She was very understanding and actually heard what I had to say rather than telling me to leave. I’m new to this clinic but Downtown Portland’s clinic would’ve laugh in my face even though I drive 40+ minutes to get there. Wonderful receptionist. Truly saved me with her compassion. This clinic seems that if you have good drug tests, and do your groups they’re willing to listen. I wish I knew her name! But she’s there almost everyday.

I have been the office manager for this clinic for almost 3 years. I love the team I work with. Our patients mean the world to me and I am thankful to be apart of their journeys. Our Clinic works very hard to be patient centered and give our patients the resources to grow and succeed. We also work hard to keep our patients mindful of being respectful members of society, allowing the outside world to be able to see the stigma that comes along with medication assisted treatment is just that...A STIGMA!

I have worked for Allied Health Services for more than 10 years. I find it to be a rewarding experience and I value the ability to interact with patients for years, rather than traditional outpatient treatment that generally lasts 90-120 days. In that environment you are not able to see the progress that people make in treatment, and you don't really know if an impact was made. In this environment you are able to share the disappointments and the successes of the people served. If you really want to see people that are able to recovery successfully from SUD this is the place to be. Sure there are many rules, and some just seem silly, but they are all meant to keep people safe and in recovery. The clinic director here is amazing and really believes in recovery and helping others. He consistently strives to make it a better place for patients and staff, alike.
