I realize everyone's experience is going to be be different. My review is just from my personal experience. I was there about two weeks before they discharged me for a Self Harm episode in which I ended up spending the night at the ER. Rather than give me the support I needed they discharged me; what made it worse was the fact they didn't give me any time for setup and after care, they didn't even give me enough time to figure out a place to move into. Additionally it is not Dual Diagnosis as they claim to be. I never met with any Therapist or Psychiatrist, additionally my Counselor was awesome, but he acted more as a friend than a Counselor. Which is understandable since he was fairly new. However for someone needing treatment this could definitely pose as a negative factor. Other than it it was fine, but overall I have to give it an F rating. I did not receive the care I expected, nor did I receive the care I especially needed in my particular circumstance. I really wish I'd known what I know now prior to admitting myself because I would have sought alternative treatment.

Hello, this review is for the current lady I just spoke to at 9:10 a.m. on 3/02/18 working in the CODA Tigard Detox. I just called to check on my active status on the list to get into detox. I tried to ask her a simple question which required a simple answer. Instead she totally blow me off and wasn't helpful at all and I'm pretty sure that's part of her job description. All this lady did was transfer me to admissions which is only open Monday through Friday and I'm pretty sure this lady knew that and couldn't even take the few moment's to tell me that. So I can take care of my current addiction I NEED HELP FOR! Point being that if your going to be in this type of profession, you need to handle ever call, client, and person with as much empathy as possible. But instead I got no compassion. pretty much disrespected. So who ever you are I hope you see this review and your superior as well. The one good thing I have to say about this place is in the post few days I've spoken to a very respectful and kind gentleman named Justin. He has been so helpful and I was hoping he would of picked up the phone but I wasn't that lucky. #addictiontakeslifesdaily💯

Great place. Helped me a lot. Guy above obviously didn't realize that it's a pretty small place. And he did need to speak to admissions, and whoever he spoke to probably had a million other things to do and literally could not help him.
