This company has absolutely no morals when it comes to the well being of the clients. They only care about the money that's coming in for them. The counselors treat the clients poorly and you have no support from management. They'll hire you on as part time and make you work full time hours so they don't have to give you benefits. When they hire you they'll tell you that you will work every other weekend but schedule you every weekend be rarely ever give you a day off. They have turnovers like crazy. The pay is a joke for all the stuff you have to do. Management just site upstairs and does nothing except send out emails to the techs on how things aren't getting done properly but if they trained you when you started they wouldn't have that problem. I would NEVER send my loved ones here or recommend this place to anyone to go to for help for that matter. The clients have no support and most of them end up using again once they leave.

Started off working feeling like I was making a difference and a company where you could advance. Shortly after working I'm realizing that the only people that care are the clients. I love working with them and watching their journey. But the company has horrible supervisors and horrible upper management. Supervisors force us to work overtime and shifts we weren't hired for. Management only cares about numbers and money for themselves and I'm seeing that clients know this as well. When I try voicing my opinions, they only knock them down. We are always under staffed. The facility is unclean at all facilities I'm working at. I like my job but the pay is horrible. We don't know our schedule until day of or a few days before so I can't plan anything. There's no one to cover shifts.
