COVID 19 Update May 26, 2022

To Our Residents and Family Members:

As of this date, since the beginning of COVID in 2020, we have had a total of 96 residents test positive for COVID-19. At the present time, we do not have any COVID Positive Residents. We have one staff member positive or in quarantine at home. We have had a total of 133 employees to date that have tested positive for COVID-19 since 2020.  We continue to screen all employees daily as they come to work. Due to the decreasing county positivity rate, we are required to only test those employees that are unvaccinated, due to exemptions. We use antigen testing on all employees.  We are taking these steps in accordance with directives received from the TN Department of Health. 

I want to assure you we are doing everything we can to ensure we stop the spread of COVID-19 within our facility, including staying in very close communication with local and state health officials to ensure we are taking all the appropriate steps.  We want to thank our amazing, selfless staff working on the front lines for supporting our sole mission of caring for our residents. They are the HEROES.  Our residents are the primary focus, and we will stay the course for resident safety.
