The check in staff were so rude I changed my mind about getting my procedure here. My appointment was for 815a but was told that I would be waiting in a room for 2½-3 hours before I would be seen. Why show up so early just to be ignored for hours. I was referred by the VA but somehow was treated worse than I would have been at the VA. There was absolutely no communication about my procedure or what to expect or the timeframes for those expectations. Every point of contact I was given never answered their phone nor reply to voicemail. I was required to get a Covid test which was an absolute nightmare to schedule. Again nobody answered the phone and they finally replied to my voicemail over a week later. For such a large and well known medical facility they sure do miss the mark. I will not be returning to UF for any more healthcare.

Went in for a ankle injury, the doctor didnt even look at it and took of a cast for a brace I’ve had for months. It makes no difference. Still same problem went back and again no new X-ray just sent me out to PT
