Calvin Morgan5 StarI have been a resident for two years. The staff here are nice and caring. They are pretty good at answering the call bellsMonday 8th November 2021
Terrencia Lester4 StarI am currently a resident here. I got here April 30,2021. I enjoy the staff and the activities especially bingo and when they play music and take us on field trips. Most of the staff always have a positive attitude and do their best to ensure that the residents are taken care of. I think they need more staff like the CNA,nurses, laundry and dietary because they will get over worked. Other than that I'm ok with being hereMonday 8th November 2021

Ms Libra1 StarMy mom was sent there for rehab when she became very ill but eventually was placed on hospice care. She was on 4-North the room directly behind the nurse's station where she passed on 7/7/2020. Can't really say what time she actually passed because she wasn't "pronounced" until 6 something that evening. When the nurse finally called which was around the time of 9:30- 10 pm or so I missed the called because I was asleep. I awoke the next morning to a VM from a male nurse with a heavy Nigerian accent which I couldn't make out anything he was saying. I was able to pick up every 3rd or 4th word of him trying to say my mom has expired. No empathy or no nothing. I tried calling back back to speak with a nurse and I was told "The nurse is with a patient at the moment and they will have him call me back". Long story short, he never called back. In turn the hospice facility ended up contacting me. My whole issue was them not appropriately contacting me once the doctor came to pronounce her. Why it took so many hours for me to find out?? This facility needs to do better, and if management decides to read this review, please feel free to answer.Wednesday 22nd September 2021
