Our mission is to empower and enrich the lives of people in recovery, coping with a mental illness, and/or diagnosed with a developmental disability. This is accomplished by offering services and supports in an inclusive, people-centered environment. Unity House relies on the communities it serves for corporate partnerships, board leadership, financial support, and a talented workforce. We partner with them to develop their personal skills and potential, empowering them to live fuller and more independent lives. Positions are available in Cayuga and Tompkins Counties for all shifts.

Great place to work. Due to lack of staff though you'll definitely work! Over time is always nice though when the paychecks come around! They teach you person first care so we truly do focus on the well being of the consumers/residents!
