Eric Masters5 StarThe best doctors office I've been to regarding treatment. Dr Simpson and Linda are both caring and understanding of peoples situations in comparison to the bigger clinics and other doctors offices that I've seen when it comes to treatment & recovery. They are the best when it comes to prescribing medication & working with patients when it comes to recovery foresure. To have an extremely bad review of this place, it must be complete misunderstanding or patient misconduct therefore Linda had to turn them down prescribing them medication because both Linda and Dr Simpson have either experienced addiction themselves or within family, so they are much more sympathetic to patients when it comes to treatment and prescribing medication than anywhere else, so either trust was broken or something similar has to happen for them not to work with you. As of 7/30/21 UAM is shutting their doors which sucks, but hope to follow Linda wherever she goes. Not all bad reviews are 100% accurate. Great place with some flaws but mostly great service and much better than the main stream clinics when it comes to specialized treatment.Tuesday 6th July 2021

Allen Heinze1 StarFraud. Posted $4000 in collections after stating they accepted my insurance. They took my co-pays for 6 months, then sent a bill to me 6 months after treatment. I tried to resolve it with them and they referred it to collections. This company commits client fraud. I am opening a complaint with the licensing board for fraudulent billing practice. Stay away unless you can pay out of pocket. They destroyed my credit when I went to them for help. This man is about money, nothing more.Saturday 26th December 2020
Brad Cowley5 StarFrom DR., to PA, and staff have always gone just one step further than other programs that I have experience with. They have displayed kindness the likes of which I have never seen. I have 20 plus years in and out of treatment. I wish that wasn't the case. I am grateful for were I have landed .Wednesday 18th December 2019
