This location helped me get and stay sober in 2016. I was willing to change and they were there to assist me in that. The counselors helped give me accountability and guidance. I would recommend this place to anyone who truly wants what they are offering, which is a new way to live.

Valley Hope was an amazing experience for me. The atmosphere was diverse with my peers being all across the spectrum in terms of their level of participation and cultural background. I personally really wanted their help and participated in their therapies as an “open and willing” client. I have benefitted greatly from my Valley Hope experience. I’m writing this review in March of 2019, and have over 5 years sober now. I’m so thankful for the help I received at Valley Hope.

Definitely would not recommend to anybody. The staff was highly incompetent. Honestly not worth the money

1 hour lectures were great though considerably less intensive as in patient lectures at O’Neill. Problems start during small group where counselors fail to recognize individual problems of each patient and respond with generic awnswers while making you sound like all the other patients they counseled while not true. Seriously not worth a couple of grand.

Cramped facility. Listening to clients is not one of their strong points. Quick to recommend a oerson to residential treatment. If you really think you have a problem just go to inpatient treatment. Outpatient facility is not worth the 3 grand it costs.
