Welcome to my practice!  My goal is to help you to bring positive changes to your life, through a commitment to examine those issues, events, or relationships in your life which are no longer serving your life purpose.  Positive change can be hard to bring about on your own.  Working through existing unhappiness is necessary to make way for positive change.

Clients come for help when they can no longer manage their unhappiness with their life on their own.  Have you gone through a relationship breakup or are you afraid that is about to happen?  Marriage counseling can help to put things right again.  Are your kids acting up, perhaps highlighting a general unhappiness in your family?  Family therapy is very effective to improve communication and to rebuild relationships which are frayed by too much stress.
