Came to this office after being highly recommended by a couple people. I left after my second visit. The front desk staff are always extremely short and rude over the phone. I had two instances where I had phone appointments and never received a call or voicemail. The receptionist claimed both times that it was an error on my end and that my phone had been messed up. If that had been the case, why not leave a voicemail for me to return your "missed call". Aside from the frustration over the missed appointments, I never felt like I was heard by the NP's there and they were always just quick to write prescriptions and get me out of there. I'm not making an appointment to get my nails done- I need to be seen for my MENTAL HEALTH and you'd think this office would take that a little more seriously.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wendy for 9 years now and she is absolutely amazing! Through the years she has been able to perscribe the perfect medicines for me and my health needs! 10 out of 10 would recommend

A week after my appointment my prescriptions still haven’t been sent to my pharmacy. I Tried 3 times to talk someone, but keep getting the run around. It’s frustrating because it takes my pharmacy a week to get it in.
