Jaiden Sinitiere1 StarVermillion was very nice. The only thing that I can say about It that was nice was their food and some of the staff. Other than that most staff were very rude and somewhat biased over other patients. The doctors do not listen to you well enough there and their art program is very basic and boring. There aren't enough treatment groups and some of the staff there don't even make sure the groups get completed for the day. They should also have a more comfortable day area for the people to stay in all day. Those plastic chairs that they make us sit in all day are highly uncomfortable. Some people there do care about the well being of the patients but most do not. The patients should also be allowed more clothing because it's hard to survive there with just 3 shirts and 3 pants. This place gave me a very bad experience all 3 times I have went.Saturday 16th April 2022
Amy Keeney1 StarI agree! this treatment center is horrible. The techs and the DON have zero concept on how to treat patients, All they did was holler down the hallway when it is time to smoke, take meds or meals. You were forced to go to AA or get punished. Patients who kissed a## with the staff led the meetings which was a total failure.
They kept me way over medicated I felt like a zombie. The counselors were terrible too.
I'd rather drink myself to death than go back to vermillion behavioral prisonTuesday 22nd February 2022

Jill Raffray3 StarI spent a little time at Vermillion back in 2011 and the Staff was absolutely wonderful. Attention was given to each patient as well as many activities. The food was absolutely 5 star. My needs were attended to and I went on the next phase of my journey back then. Would highly recommend to anyone .....Monday 11th October 2021
Hanna Pitre1 StarAbsolute worst experience of my entire life. The only thing they did was keep me alive. I was starving, freezing, left to walk around with menstrual fluids all over myself because it was not designated shower time (and even once that time came, they let the men go before women, so I was left to sit in blood longer). I saw a counselor TWICE. For maybe 15 minutes. Got zero help for my mental health conditions. Nurses were rude constantly. Thank GOD for the techs because they are the only ones who actually care. I was in here for suicidal ideation. All this place made me realize is to never tell a single soul if I ever feel this way again. It’s like glorified prison. Padded bathroom doors, can’t even use the bathroom in peace. Your basic human rights are taken away completely. Do. Not. Go. Here.Monday 22nd November 2021
