This the worst place for a loved one to be staying .Last time I visited my friend she was sitting on her feces. The food it's horrible. They never answer the phone . Our senior should be treated with love. Evidently money is more important than spending money to provide good care .

My aunt went in for rehab last year. She waited 3 hours for someone to help her to the bathroom and no one came. She tried to get up to go herself. She fell getting out of bed and they put her back in bed. I called every day for 5 days and every time I called my aunt would cry and say I'm in to much pain I can't talk. Finally I got a hold of someone that wasn't rude to me. And after the 5th day of pain they took an xray. She broke her hip. 5 days of laying in a bed telling nurses she was in excruciating pain for them to do something is horrible. Stay far away from this place. Plus they lost her purse, and cell phone. End result is I lost my aunt due to complications with her hip replacement surgery.

I do not recommend it to anyone, it should be two weeks and only hold one. The horrible food, I complained several times and it was worse, cold food, I asked for a boiled egg and they brought it to me with the shell. This treatment is not fair because despite the bad service they receive the insurance payment., he rehabilitation service was good as were the nurses. VERY BAD FOOD

My grandma was here until she was moved to a better place. They had her lay in her own feces, they gave her nasty looks and were lazy. She said the food was terrible as well. It’s beyond upsetting how poorly patients are treated from other reviews i read. Also, the case manager never picks up the phone. My dad and i called her 7 times and not once did she answer. Never EVER bring your loved one here. They’ll hate it. UPDATE: the owner responded basically saying what i said wasn’t true. my grandma was in tears constantly on the phone and my father even told me something else when he went to visit. yes, my grandma did receive a call from this facility regarding this comment. again, i’m very against this place.

My mother volunteered at the Villa for 25 yrs and she was in residence as a rehab patient twice for 1-2 weeks each time. The facilities and staff are first rate! Unlike other rehab/nursing homes there is No Smell which someone mentioned in their comments. The atmosphere is pleasant, friendly, and welcoming.They employ excellent physical therapists who are professional, kind, and who treat their clients with respect. I highly recommend Villa Maria for the care of your loved ones.
