I have been so pleased with Virginia Beach Healthcare and Rehab. Everyone is so kind. The food is delicious. The facility is very clean with none of those “nursing home” smells. This facility was not on my preference list when my husband left the hospital because I didn’t know it existed. I had just read recommendations on local apps. But, I am so glad my husband is here. I give it the maximum number of stars!!

I have a loved one in this facility right now and I am so disappointed. The physical therapy is great but the nursing staff is not so great. They do not check on patients but spend most of their time in the hallways talking with each other. I have experienced terrible care not only for my loved one but also toward other residents at the facility.
