doing here and if you love someone DON'T take them here. Do not go to this hospital! I cannot stress that enough. There were a few who were very polite and helpful but overall this hospital is a mess. A loved one died here back in November. The whole experience was a nightmare! Nurses were extremely rude. Don't call trying to find anything out bc you will have more aggravation. Their visitation policy is a joke, which they choose to change at a whim. Hospital website says one thing, front desk says another, nurses another, and hospitality another. F.y.i if you want to get in to see someone go straight to hospitality management. If they tell you their hands are tied by the governor it's a lie. The gov. has left visitation up to hospitals to decide for themselves. Drs. don't know what they are doing. They use remdesivir which is a known killer and poison but hospitals get a bonus for use especially for Medicare patients, so what does that tell you. His care team refused to try anything else and they let him die. Go to the hospital as a last resort. Their treatment policy is severely lacking and causing harm. Transparency is non existent due to lack of visitation and communication. You can only get in once the person is essentially dead. It is criminal what they are doing here and if you love someone DON'T take them here.

We have found everyone friendly. Many times my mother had to wait to be taken to the bathroom and also there were a few times they did not have her ready for therapy. The most distressing is that she is being discharged before she is ready to go home. She was not taught how to go up steps , get in a car and the family has not been shown what they need to do . And she goes home tomorrow. We are all feeling overwhelmed. So I feel that her preparayoon for discharge is poor.

Awful- not clean, very institutional, lighting is harsh, noisy, smelled of urine in many places, so loud, voices echos, not a healing environment... sorry.
