Vitality Living truly believes in wrap around care and support while you are in a transitional living. We do this by having staff and case managers available to you or your loved one 24 hours a day. Having clinical and support staff helps tremendously to set you up for success. Vitality is not a place for everyone. We look for individuals who are serious about getting well. We understand that when transitioning from residential treatment to outpatient care is where you face the most challenges in early recovery.        Being at Vitality Living is a commitment to yourself. We ask that you commit to your recovery for YOU. Building a solid foundation of recovery support and being willing to face obstacles that will make you more likely to succeed. Thats what Vitality Living offers. Vitality Living goes beyond just abstinence from substances. We will provide weekly groups that focus specifically on recovery message training. We want our clients to have the confidence to describe their recovery in an empowering way. Getting rid of the stigma will give you the confidence to strive even further then you imagined. There is power in words! Vitality Living wants to make sure that while you are staying with us that you have wrap around support. The best way to offer that is through our support staff. At all times you will have a staff member available to you to help with scheduling certain appointments, advice and other resources.  A requirement for all of our clients is to be enrolled in an outpatient treatment. This can range from Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient or General Outpatient. While enrolled we will make sure you have reliable transportation by staff. Anything outside of treatment, you are responsible to schedule your trips 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee transportation. We are less than a mile away from public transportation as well. The best way to develop sober relationships is to get outside of your comfort zone. We insist on enjoying life and want you to feel the same. We will challenge you to experience new things that seem uncomfortable at first. With recreational outing's every month as a Vitality Living Family you will begin to feel more comfortable in your recovery.

If it weren't for Dylan, Ryan and the rest of the crew at Vitality I would not have been able to get my life back on track. After many rounds of treatment and on the verge of totally losing my life - these guys were able to help guide me through difficult challenges, surpass roadblocks and keep me on the recovery path. The support, patience, guidance and so much more was exactly what I needed and they over delivered - the life I have today would not have been possible. Vitality has been a lifeline of healing and support, not only for our son, who was a part of this program for a year, but to our family as well! Our son came to them early 2020, with a goal, little local support, an abundant uncertainty in how to build a life of sobriety, and left Vitality a man full of strength, confidence in his next step and ready to walk his new life of recovery, surrounded by the support of friends made there and this phenomenal staff! The staff at Vitality walked each step with him, giving sage, practical advice, with an understanding of where he was in that exact point in his recovery and saw him fully able to reach his goals of sobriety! They lead him with empathy, having been there themselves. They were graceful in errors and encouraging in victories. They gave advice in every area of life from recovery to car repair! They did life with him during his stay there! They led by example, seeing in him what he himself could not see at first! Not only our son thrived while there. We, as a family, with our many questions and concerns, were supported and encouraged by Vitality’s caring and available staff! When we called, wanting an update, or expressing concerns, they were there, in full support for us! We are so impressed with this program! It has been crucial in this journey for our son, and our entire family! Thank you, Vitality, for walking this brave journey of recovery with our son and our family!

A most knowledgeable, and caring staff that provides 24 hour on-site presence! It really does matter to have this staff there for any problem at any time, or to celebrate improvements!! A home environment, with lots of guidance to help you get back to an independent, clean lifestyle! Helped guide through meetings, appointments, interactions that you’ll face in real life. It was day to day life/reality with support ever ready. What a difference it has made!! Recommend it 100%!!
