Mary Beth barnette5 StarWe couldn't be more pleased with the care our mother has received at Waldron Place. They have allowed her to maintain her independence while having the help when she needs it. She loves all the great Activities and Social time with her friends. She was hesitant about moving to assisted living and now she is so glad she did!Friday 3rd December 2021
Mary Siebert5 StarMy mother was a resident at Waldron Place Assisted Living for about 3 years before moving to The Arbors at Waldron Place. She was in need of more care than an assisted living facility could provide. However, they worked with us to keep my mother at Waldron Place to help her celebrate her 100th birthday in a familiar environment. That was a major goal of moms to make 100 and Waldron Place helped her through that life event. Once at The Arbors, mothers health was declining but her care never did. The staff treated her throughout her journey ending life with such kindness and loving care! They were very diligent tending to her needs as well as those of our family. Although the passing of a loved one is difficult, we were comforted knowing she was well taken care of and always treated with dignity and respect. Thank you so much to the staff at both Waldron Place and The Arbors for the professionalism, love and support you gave my mother and our family!Tuesday 2nd January 2018

Julie Wilson1 StarI previously was employed here. Back then I would've gave it a five star rating. But the facility now has a new administrator who's running the place into the ground. Family members don't agree with the decisions that he is making. He presents the facility as a hostile environment now, walking in to the building shouting and yelling at his staff in front of the residents. He has no respect for his staff or his residents. In the time I worked with him, he still never learned our residents names. Majority of his staff has either quit or was fired, so in reality there's no one to even care for your family members anymore, the facility is way under staffed, and has no nurse available.Monday 4th April 2016
