I am a newer employee of the Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Pediatrics. In these past few months I have seen true caring and compassion. Working with the pediatric unit has been a true blessing to see the way the staff treats the residents. Families opinions are extremely important to us. I have had a phenomenal experience with my grandparents at this nursing home. Always feel warm and welcomed by the staff. My grandparents always tell me how well taken care of they are. There are many activities and recreational events for all the residents to get involved with. I have been very impressed with how well the management has been during COVID times. I know my grandparents are safe and being well taken care of, highly recommend.

This message is intended for the Admissions Director, Alexandra, the Social Worker, Imani, and the staff at Phoenix Center to say thank you so much for the care and help shown to my sister, Linda Solo on her recent stay in your rehab ctr. Linda was placed at the Phoenix Ctr after being removed from a questionable living environment. Alexandra, Imani and the fourth floor nurses and staff were extremely kind and caring to Linda in her 16 days there. I needed help which required a notary’s stamp on paperwork and other documents and would not have been able to get this work taken care of without your assistance. The transition for Linda to enter and leave were also done in ways that made things much easier.
