I am very disappointed. We choose Waterstone because the website prided on working on the whole person. I had given my husband and ultimatum. He either needed to get help or find another place to live. His first appointment was 15 mins. He was given a prescription, and that was it. The second visit was one week later. Again, it lasted 15 minutes and his prescription was renewed. After that, they only wanted to see him every two weeks. Each time only 15 minutes, and a two week renewal for his prescription. There hasn’t seem to be any counseling going on, and the pill is just a Band-Aid as far as I’m concerned. It only works if he takes it. He has recently stopped taking it, and has immediately started drinking. He told me he’s not going back to Waterstone. So again, I told him we have to find a better program or start packing. A 15 minute appointment every two weeks is not enough time to begin “working on the whole person” . I’m fully aware that you can’t help someone that doesn’t want help, but Waterstone was not what I was led to believe it was.

The male doctor is quick to discharge you with no refills to at least get in to another treatment center. The receptionist will mess your appointments up then it stills falls back on you. If you go there your best is the female prescribed but she has no authority still regarding discharge. The moral of this story its like a revolving circle throws you out so you can then relapse then end up in a program and know the rest. Instead of helping people that need help thats we go there he makes the problem worse. Also have to go twice a week in order to get meds. If you cant make it he will leave without meds. He does not care.

everyone from the office staff to the doctors are helpful and pleasant. Out of all the doctors and counseling places i have been to, they are by far the best. If you need help, call them!
