Change is good! My Mother-in-law has been here for years,we had our zoom visit with her this week and it was so good for all of us. The new leadership at Waterview and the new Unit Manager are wonderful. They are so caring and had made us feel at ease during Covid 19. Lisa had calls from her house when she was dealing with covid herself, she met with us via zoom every single day, we live out of state and we knew our family member was in such good hands with her leadership. Mary Harriett always talks to my sister -in-law when ever she calls she is so patient and explains everything. Margaret is new and she runs the floor she is great, my mother-in -law can't stop talking about her and nurse Lisa they have formed such a bond so quickly. They treat us like family no matter how busy they are. They are the true heroes. Thank you all.

My great Aunt has been there for 6 years and the staff that care for her are wonderful. The Executive Director and Nursing Director have been great and are very caring. The communication we have had since Covid 19 has been so comforting and reassuring. They really care about all the residents and staff. I could not imagine a better place for my Aunt. Thank you to all the hero's that work at Waterview Center.

My mother has been a resident here since 2016. The care she gets there is top notch. Especially the way they handled the covid situation, from what I see of other nursing homes, they did the best job of anyone. If there is ever any issues, Lisa and Mary Harriet are always responsive and ready to solve any problems you might have.

My mother was recently a rehab patient for 2 weeks. As much as she hated being in rehab she could not say enough nice things about everyone at Waterview. She said she rarely had to call for assistance for anything because they were constantly in her room making sure she was ok and had everything she needed. The facility is also being extra cautious right now due to COVID-19. With all of the safety measures in place we felt confident that she would be safe. She told me several times how great the physical therapists were. She went in there not being able to walk at all after a fracture and within a few days she was moving around and walking on her own. Lisa was very helpful and addressed any questions and/or concerns that we had immediately.
