What is cardiac rehab?

WHC’s cardiac rehab is a personalized, supervised program following discharge from the hospital. The program helps participants understand their diagnosis and treatment, and to safely return to daily activities.

Cardiac rehab helps people with heart disease improve their health and quality of life. Its purpose is to improve cardiovascular health through:

Become a Patient

You must have a referral from your provider to participate. Medicare, Medicaid, and most medical insurance carriers will cover provider-ordered cardiac rehab. Please verify with your insurance company that your test or treatment is a covered benefit.
