Worst clinic I have ever been to do not recomend first day everyone was rude and they do not help you get to where you need to be to be clean if anyone is trying to dose for methadone I recommend B.P.A in Rutland they are awesome and helpful

I used this clinic for about a year. First issue happened about a month in. They used a urine screen from a month prior to cut my dose in half and my next one wasn't due for another week, so I demanded to do one and that took 4 days to get the results and get my dose SLOWLY back to where it was. Fast forward to about 10 months in, I notified them I was moving across the country so they could establish me at a clinic where I was moving. I continued to ask and try and push them to do their jobs.... 2 months later it's time to move and NO PHONE CALLS WERE EVEN MADE ON MY BEHALF! So, I moved across the country (24 hour drive) with no guest dosing. No clinic when I got down here, unless I started off fresh and paid cash. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're choosing methadone or guest dosing. If you're choosing suboxone go to BPA or find a doctor. This place is a joke.

I guest dosed at this place when on vacation over the summer for about 3 weeks, and as far as mmtp’s go, this one is pretty run of the mill, and I have no major complaints. It’s a little hard to get them on the phone, so if you’re guest dosing make sure you start trying to reach them multiple weeks ahead of time (if you don’t want to end up having to trek to Burlington, where there are a few clinics and you can get in quickly, but it’s way more north). Everyone that worked there was nice enough, and they didn’t seem to have any rules that were any different from any other clinic- so if you can get past :gasp: having to follow rules (admittedly for probably the first time in a long time) & are sick of being in the cycle of “I’m getting clean tomorrow.” for another year, give them a try. Better than the alternative, that’s for sure.

This place is a joke. The only reason I'm giving one star is because you have to. If you NEED treaTment and have no other options then fine; but otherwise RUN. Rudest most unhelpful staff that smile blankly when you ask a simple question. When you call no one picks up and they leave you hanging without caring about your life at all. These people should NOT be in a mental health setting working with people who NEED HELP.
