The counselors and staff at West Sound Treatment Center are a remarkable group of men and women who go above and beyond for the client. The guidance I received while in treatment was key in my recovery. So much more than just another treatment facility. They offer real solutions to people who are in transition and crisis. With special programs such as Compass Vocational Services, Forward Bound and The O'Hana House. These programs are designed to help get clients back on their feet. Choosing West Sound Treatment Center to begin my recovery journey was one of the best decisions I have ever made. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give them an 11.

Ran by a crooked board of directors. Inept management has stepped in and created a hostile work environment. Hard work used to pay off here but now the only way to advance is to cozy up to management and sacrifice any sense of personal values that you may have. Toxic environment.

After a mixup on the government's end, West Sound Treatment Center was able to solve the issues I was faced with. Solid people out here, would recommend!

It is really concerning to me the effort some take to tarnish and discredit something they are no longer a part of. Especially someone who has asked to be allowed to come back for employment. There has been a management change as a result of the resignation of the Executive Director. The new management does have a different philosophy that values and understands the importance of higher education in today's market. Implementing new rules and standards then enforcing them did not create a hostile work environment. It was the response of some that couldn't or did not want to accept change. My new management team at West Sound are not inept, but very much the opposite. We have rebuilt and repaired many parts of this agency and will continue until we put West Sound on the top. Since my leadership began we have opened a third location in Bremerton and our agency continues to strengthen and our future is very bright. My staff is here to help a hurting population within the guidelines of our funders and the limits of the law. Nothing less is acceptable. We Are West Sound
