This place honestly saved my life. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t get sent here. I had a suicide attempt & after spending 11 hours in the ER being judged my condescending nurses, I was welcomed by kind, caring, and helpful people here. If you need help, please reach out to them. They treated everyone there like an actual person, not just a mental case to look down on. I hope one day I’m better enough to help others to way they helped me.

They have really helped my son and care a lot about his future. There are many people working here. If you see one that just doesn’t fit personality wise, ask to see someone else. They are very accommodating.

If you can’t get care anywhere else, at least you can get your meds here. I have to agree with one reviewer: these are the most uncaring, least considerate people. My ‘therapist’ treated me like a child. When she called to see if I needed to talk to the nurse practitioner in charge of meds (no one seems to be an actual doctor there), I told her I was now under the care of my former PCP, and tried to thank her — she hung up on me laughing. Now, what was that all about? I was also given too large a dose of Atorvastatin from the medical center, was very ill. Now I take a much smaller dose (one quarter of that prescribed by them) and am ok. I really was in dire straits when I went there, we’d just moved back to Fort Smith and I had to wait to see my old PCP. So I am grateful that I got medication for my 3-month long panic attack.

Have been going here for many years and bring my granddaughter. Very compassionate and helpful staff. They work hard to help you any way they can. You put in the work and they put in the work. I want to shout out to a much missed staff member Tasha Crawford. She has done wonders and will be missed greatly.

Absolutely horrible, I cannot believe that they are still in business, I really can't! Staff has zero compassion, doctors are also lacking compassion and when I say lacking I mean none. Anyone who is financially disadvantaged knows how we are treated in general and this place is no exception. You are definitely beneath them, don't be fooled by the executives, they're nice but the people that YOU will be in contact with could careless! Just a horrible, horrible place.
