erika smith1 StarDirty, smelly, neglected, old place. Staff are rude- starting with the receptionist. The residents are neglected, look at their nails, hair , their teeth. They don't shower the residents, no grooming done unless you ask the staff, and the staff leave the residents sitting in dirty diapers. My Dad is a resident here and this is a shame for a place for the elderly. He has dementia, he falls all the time and the facility says he gets hit by other residents - when he can't even get out the wheelchair.
Not sure how this place is staying open. It needs to be reported to public health.Friday 3rd December 2021

Lisa McCall4 StarBoth of my parents are receiving treatment here and they are doing amazing work! My father is in the best shape he’s been in for many years (serious wounds being treated) and he’s no longer sepsis. My mother is receiving memory care and they moved mountains to ensure my parents could be together amidst Covid. I love this place!!Sunday 27th September 2020
Retta B2 StarMy LO was at Wheaton Village for 5 months. The staff was mostly amazing especially Tricia (RN). It’s a small place but they really try to have a family feel. The only thing I would say is the organization regarding paperwork and communication is lacking. If you or your loved one needs rehab I would not suggest this place at all. The rehab patients are on the same floor/wing as the long term residents. It would be difficult to rehab in this environment (in my opinion). I’m glad my LO is no longer there. But I am grateful for the people there who did their best to help her!Friday 16th August 2019
Mary S5 StarThey are a wonderfully caring group of nurses, CNAs , therapists and Dr.s . The staff is so kind and truly seem to understand Dementia and Mental Illness. My mom says she feels safe and that she is at home there
Thank you, MaryTuesday 5th May 2015
