I used like wheeler Clinic... NOT anymore. The providers are constantly changing. I've had IMPORTANT questions and left several messages. Nobody ever calls back. I feel that wheeler should care more about their patients. They do things like cancel appointments and never call to tell ME. I have gone into the office only for them to push a laptop in front of me and tell me my visit is through video. SERIOUSLY??? Why do I, the patient, have to go to their office but they don't? I will be looking for another provider. Don't bother... They don't care.

I needed a new primary care Dr. (which can be super nerve wracking) and went to Wheeler today for the first time. I ended up needing to get bloodwork done and the nurses were so accommodating and patient with my needs and concerns. Great staff here!

Terrible wait times, no one ever has a solid answer to why perceptions aren't sent, after hrs are zero help and told oh well there's nothing they can do. Sat for 3 and 1/2 hrs today for my script not to get sent after being told several times it would be waiting for me
