My brother has been there for a week I called everyday . They say his councilor will call but they don’t I don’t even know there names .Does somebody know where I can complain to!! They need to be inspected !!!! The negligence of the facility is remarkable !!!!! 😡

These reviews are comical. This is what rehabs are like. Have your loved ones get off state and county medical assistance, then you can send them to any rehab you want.

My fiance is in there currently. Still no visitors "due to covid." Ummm nursing homes are allowing people to visit their family members now, there is no excuse why I can't see my fiance. They are lazy and don't want to do their jobs. And when I try to call ANYTIME... IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE. All voicemail boxes are full and if you're lucky enough to get the operator (usually sends you to voicemail there too) she will transfer you to someone's voicemail. I've called every day since he got in there. This Place is trash. Point blank.

This place is extremely dirty and under staffed. When I say dirty I mean absolutely filthy and make no mistake they say they care about the well being of thier clients this is a bussiness above all else and profit comes before patients.
