This institution lives up to its reputation of providing excellent care in a friendly and comfortable environment. Everyone from the administration, doctors, nurses, CNAs, security, front desk, etc., treat families and the patients with respect and kindness. I recommend this institution to anyone who wants their families to receive the level of care that they would receive in their homes. My fiancé is receiving excellent care in this facility.

It was a cook out for the holiday & all the residents attended my dad was left in the room all day by himself.
Why ,Why don't they have rails on the bed??
I asked , and they said because they don't want the patients to feel restraint.
Doesn't make sense , patients safety comes 1st.
My dad fell out the bed in the middle of the nite!
