The staff here is excellent! They are always compassionate and they care so much for their patients. Anytime I have visited, they have been wonderful and friendly. I have a relative there and she is very happy. All of her needs are met and she loves the staff.

This facility has a friendly atmosphere. The employees are friendly and seem to care about their patients. The employees do take the time to answer your questions when you ask them.

The office staff, nursing staff, therapy staff, kitchen staff, activities, housekeeping and aides have all gone over and beyond during the pandemic to ensure that I was able to still have some type of communication and visibility with my grandma when we were not able to come into the facility. Martha, who is in central supply, would even set up FaceTime with her and I. They were accommodating during the times of scheduling visits after entry was permitted. There was zoom calls weekly for family members with the administrator to ensure constant communication. Working in healthcare at any level has become very difficult with covid. But they have met and exceeded my expectations during a unknowingly scary time. The care and therapy that my grandma receives is great.

The staff at White Sulphur Springs Center go above and beyond the expected. I am so thankful Rita, the Activities Director, helps improve my husband’s quality of life by keeping him involved in things that interest him! Thanks to all nurses, nursing aids, custodians, cooks and everyone else for all you do!
