Robert Beale1 StarThere is a terrible lack of communication at this nursing home. Some of the nurses are extremely nice and Brook the RN Supervisor is awesome. The front office calls are professional but they still get a 1 star due to some staff that work the center hallway at the side entrance. Very unprofessional and treated me as a liar and that they know everything. Steer clear of that hallway.Sunday 22nd August 2021
Kevin Ronk1 StarMy mother in law is currently staying at this facility and is having the most miserable time of her life. She has called us in tears almost every day she has been here. The other patients have been treating her like garbage and the staff is not much better. When attempting to talk to someone we were simply transferred to someone who was, of course, "too busy" to answer the phone. I know we live in a back water redneck town but the total lack of professionalism at this facility is astonishing.Thursday 3rd June 2021
Frank William1 StarOffice is ignorant and irresponsible. They lost almost every piece of new hire paperwork they have had of me resulting in me having to go through many long processes twice. Was not informed of the last covid outbreak in the facility and was forced to clean dishes of those who were suspected of covid. Very drama filled place and the people who "manage" it couldn't care less about you as an employee. There was a strike recently and many people left. Not hard to see why.Monday 9th August 2021
