Our son went to Willingway a year ago after other failed attempts with his recovery. Willingway provided him the medical, emotional and spiritual support to set him on his path of recovery. He just celebrated his 1 year sober birthday yesterday. To all of the staff at Willingway and The Lodge-we will forever be grateful for helping our son re-boot his life. He has found himself and is sober, happy, healthy and committed to his continued recovery journey. Thank-you Willingway and The Lodge!

I have been a clinician and in recovery for over 30 years. As such, I have had the opportunity to work with Willingway and staff for most of that time. They have always been a stable, straighforward and clinically sound program. During my own early recovery, I had somewhat of a reaction in being told what to do. I believe the negative reaction is due to that fact. People are always, by nature, looking for a way to avoid accountability. In my opinion, Willingway is one of the best treatment programs today with a reasonable fee structure. We need more programs like Willingway. I am proud to be a fan of Willingway. Carol L.

I do not recommend this place at all. My brother was checked into this facility in November. He only was there for 14 days and during his stay here they were very unorganized and didn’t have there stuff together. My parents would have to call multiple times before someone would answer. Long story short my brother passed away shortly after leaving this “rehab” facility. I write this post to let others know don’t expect to much from this place.

As a licensed mental health clinician myself, I expected more from this program. My brother was admitted in November of 2021. He reported due to the holiday not receiving daily mental health support other than group therapy. Although my brother signed a release for my parents, we were unable to get any updates until his 13th day when we were told he was finished “detoxing” and he was ready to be picked up. I know we all want what is best for our clients and I truly believe this organization was founded on the desire to help people recover but I also know it’s important to be informed of your practices, good or bad. In simple words DO BETTER because my brother died a week post discharge. Prioritize mental health and create checks and balances for your “clinicians”. Coleman mattered and his fight was worthy enough for better treatment than what he received!
