Alexis Williams1 StarDo not recommend to anyone. This facility neglects their patients. The care is not of concern to them. Medications not given on schedule or in timely manner, bathing was neglected, among other things. When asked to speak to supervisor we are told supervisor is on vacation. Our issues never got resolved. The amount of attitude that comes from the employees is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Again look elsewhere!Sunday 28th November 2021
S J4 StarMy Fiancé and I would like to thank the Staff of Williston Care Center in providing a loving and stable environment to our loved one. We are always greeted in a kind and hospitable manner each time we visit. We are so grateful for the security measures put in place for screening visitors and Staff for Covid and health. In our opinion, it has made a difference in knowing that our loved one is taken care of and treated respectfully. Keep up the good work.Sunday 19th December 2021
Megan Renick1 StarHORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. Do not please do not take your loved ones here. The staff is so neglectful, the food they give is horrible, they treat their patients so rudely they say they are there to help you get better, but they actually treat you so you won’t get better. It’s freezing cold they just do not care! Please, please, please take them somewhere else! They let there patients sit in there own feces for hours, some of the people there are so weak so they need help it’s just beyond me that you hire such incompetent employees that they have no compassion whatsoever. Part of their job is to be helpful and be kind to all of their patients! If you can’t do that then you shouldn’t be working in the health field!!!! I’m so angry right now with the service that my mother received!!!Wednesday 15th December 2021
