Charles I.5 StarMy parent was admitted here almost two weeks ago and all the staff that we have come in contact with have been professional and courteous. Specifically, Ms. Danielle Levin was a great help to us as we navigated the admissions process. Ms. Levin went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions where answered correctly and we had all the information we needed. Daniel Pallant1 StarThis place is horrible your loved one or yourself will be largely ignored unless you literally start I war with the staff which will complicate things even further you have to get someone in administration involved in every aspect from laundry to food services because staff will literally work 3 times as hard to get out of handling their duties than just doing what they are being paid to do staff is rude no one takes any accountability for the actions or lack there of of employees the aides and nurses eat food off of the patient treys leaving a lot of patients meals inadequate everyone seems to have a attitude when asked to preform the simplest of tasksSaturday 5th March 2022
