When a young person struggles with substance abuse, the whole family struggles. That’s why YSS offers residential addiction treatment—a safe place where the recovery needs of youth are provided in a homelike atmosphere.

In response to the COVID-19 virus, YSS has moved all behavioral health appointments online.  Through the power of technology, you can now see a doctor or therapist from the safety and comfort of your own home.  All you need is a cell phone, tablet or computer.  This allows us to see people from across the entire state.

If your child is facing challenges and your family needs help, we’re here for you—no matter where you are in Iowa. Reach out to our YSS locations in Boone, Story, Hamilton and Marshall Counties. Or contact our partners at Francis Lauer in Mason City and Iowa Homeless Youth Center in Des Moines.
