After your medical procedure, your doctor may have given you a new diet to follow. Or you may need well-balanced meals to receive the strength your body needs for healing. In our skilled nursing facility in Zephyrhills, Florida, you’ll receive three nutritious meals a day planned by dietitians and nurses, per your doctor’s instructions. And because we believe a healthy meal should taste good, too, we’ll work hard to prepare your food the way you like it.

Because spiritual nourishment can be just as important to your health as a well-balanced meal, our chaplains will provide the spiritual support you need, and we offer regular religious services for various faiths. As you move toward recovery, we’ll help strengthen your body, ease your mind, and lift your spirit — guiding you along the road to whole-person wellness.

When you’re recuperating at our rehab facility, there’s no need to feel isolated or bored. You can participate in daily activities with other residents, receive visits from your friends and family, and stay in touch with the rest of the world from our location in Zephyrhills, Florida. Only issue is with the food.. fill out the menu and they still don't get it right like what's the sense of having them fill out what the people will eat if the kitchen staff won't listen to what the patients want they picked to eat... I have been telling these people I'm allergic to the mask that they have at they're saying I can't use my own so I tell him that we are going to be paying for my doctor bill and it's awfully weird I can use my own mask and hospitals doctors offices everywhere else except for this rehab

The patients constantly get diaper rashes because they aren't turned enough in bed and call lights get ignored. The smell of feces lingers in the air, not a very welcoming environment, and staff doesn't pay enough attention to their patients.

Hi, maybe they have restructured, of fired all the bad seed. We as a family have had amazing passionate , loving , attentive care with my brother who is terminal. we have seen also our share of horror stories for facilities. yes no one is perfect. but as of now . Myrtle, Miss Sharon, and so many others have been a godsend . Beutiful, loving , caring staff in the 100 wing. Unit We can It say enough , of the support.
